I'm still confused... Sophia said I was "good with my position" and Nav said that was correct, but do you both mean that is the case with PW, but is not the case here? So, over on PW you can resubmit but would lose your place, but here perhaps you would not lose it, because perhaps there is a way to replace the original video on the host site and still use the same link to it, so no change is needed on this forum to link to an updated recording? Technology confuses me! 🤔

PW hosts the MP3 files, and apparently their recital site is programmed in such a way that the recital order is based on the order in which the music is uploaded. And if someone uploads a new version to replace the old one, it resets to the bottom.

But here in PT we all host our own files, so the order in which we submit the post is leading. Technically we could "cheat" and submit something without any music, and then add the link to the video later by editing the post. No idea what purpose that would serve, but... it's possible 😃

    Thanks. At this point I don't know when I can get back to the keyboard. Me and the emergency room staff are well on the way to becoming friends.

    I have some tests scheduled next week including an MRI on Monday. Then we'll see what can be done over the next few weeks.

          Player1 I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, maybe after the scan they will have the knowledge to sort out the issues and/or medicate to reduce the symptoms. If you are in pain and finding it hard to sit at your piano, would a mini keyboard be something you would consider using, something light enough that you could have it on your lap while relaxing in a comfy chair (or even while recuperating in bed), as a stopgap?

                The scan is to see if there's been any new developments and if another surgery is necessary. Given my current condition, I'm thinking it is but I'll have to wait and see.

                    navindra What a great selection of pieces. I did wonder if I might have got the number 1 spot this time, but anyway it's more appropriate for @rogerch to be number 1, considering his playing is always top notch! I'm very intrigued by the appearance of a "Special Guest" with @Sophia - it looks like we'll have a veritable constellation of stars appearing at this recital!
