thehiko I had some work done on my NV10S action. It had a few sticky keys from the factory and the tech made adjustments to loosen them. He pulled out the whole action and basically treated it like an acoustic piano. I think I need some additional regulation though as it has issues with a certain cadence of key repetition.
Sorry not to speak Portuguese or I might understand something you wrote better, but can you explain, or post a video that explains what "a certain cadence of key repetition" means? I think what you are describing by "cadence" is the speed of repetition, but I'm not sure. When I first read "cadence", I thought of it in terms of harmonic cadences, but then I remembered a different use of the word describing the speed of a repetitive action.
As to the regulation, it looks like the tech eased the key bushings for you, and that helped. A few further questions...
- is the repetition speed a problem EVERYWHERE on the keyboard, or just in one section, or some particular keys?
- what is the relative humidity in the room where you have your instrument? In my experience 40% to 60-% is considered "ideal": I don't know what RH Kawai has on their manufacturing line, or how much they season the keysticks and bushings, but if your RH is appreciably higher, it's not unlikely that the key bushings would need easing.
