Absolutely agree. You need to find a workflow that is as easy as possible. The fewer clicks and changes, the better. In PW, it is Sam with his "AB Forum Recital" user, who copies everything into the main thread. He does about 2-4 submissions per minute, so he might be doing a lot of manual work, too.
A small drawback about the PW method is that every submission is posted by the same "AB Forum Recital" user, located in Georgia, USA, member sice 2009 with more than 3000 posts. I would like to see the account of every participant instead. I see no benefit of all posts having the same date and time.
If you need a volunteer for testing out another workflow (if data is lost there, no issue the, but lesson learned): ππ»ββοΈ
