Haha that's great to hear 🥰 Meanwhile, you asked a question that I don't think was addressed yet: from what I understand, the recital goes live by the end of June, but there is no deadline involved. I think it will remain active indefinitely so even if you feel like contributing the particular tune 10 years from now, it should still be okay. @rsl12 will correct me if I got that wrong 😃
Also, I have a tentative recording! It starts with a very impressive chord by Simba, then followed by a decidedly mediocre performance by me. When you listen to yourself on tape, all the flaws and rushed bits become so much more obvious! I might try to get a better recording in the coming days, but I also might decide to leave it be and move on with my actual blues course and method book. We'll see 🙂
