the video isn't the exact same sheet music than the pdf. It already starts with not having the same intro. I didn't go though all the detail, looks like some sections are quite identical, while other parts differ in terms of the played notes.
About the swing:
The pdf uses 3/16 + 1/16 as timing pattern, which results in a swing without writing the word swing anywhere. And sometimes you see sections with only 1/8 notes. Probably the author wanted to indicate this one is switching forth and back between swing and straight. (I have never seen something like this in my so far. interesting...)
The sheet music displayed in the video has a lot of 1/8 notes, but states this in the beginning: 
(translating into 2/3 | 1/3 swing)
If this was up to me, I would copy&paste the sheet music out of the video and make my own pdf. The liked pdf contains guitar tabs and results into whopping 4 pages.
