Between the two video lessons, I liked the second. There's a small bit in there that I found important when she talks of lifting the wrists by pushing the arm or elbow forward - I might want to reword it into a forward movement of the arm, where the wrist "gives" to the movement. The idea of the wrist "doing" anything cause me problems at one time - and also the fact of mobility in the arms was a thing that improved my playing.
Added to this is the idea of "up and down' - that we push "down" into the keys, raise "up" from the keys. In fact, a lot of what seems "down" is forward, or oblique, or sideways, or in combination, circular. This has been a game changer for me.
