I hope the journey is going well for everyone. I wanted to share some insights that could help those of us, within this PACT, who find it challenging to stay consistent. We all may have our own methods, such as discipline; willpower; creating habits; having external accountability, etc.
I found the following book to be super applicable to developing habits - Atomic Habits by James Clear.
This was something that a coach once prescribed to me, to establish consistency and habits in the things I do. Naturally, I am horrible at staying consistent, but this book provided me with very real-life, applicable ways to establish processes to make habits a super easy thing.
I'm proud to share that I've been consistent 100% since we started PACT. And I do not attribute it to being strong or something. It's not natural to me. I simply created a way where it's easy to be consistent in this no matter what. And I got a lot of those concepts from this book.
