TC3 To input notes? You can do it that way, but you can just use your computer keyboard too.
Yeah, the one thing I do not want to have to do is manual note entry. (Of course, I’m it composing, for someone who is, then that’s different). In the past, sheet music programs could not recognize music in a pdf or imagine, you had to have a musicXML file or midi data. So if you wanted to transpose etc., but all you had was a pdf, there wasn’t much you could do besides manual entry.
But with SoundSlice (and probably other programs) you can use a pdf, or even a handwritten score, and it can scan it in and make an editable, score-recognized file.
But I couldn’t quite figure out how to make corrections in SoundSlice, so I thought combining it with MuseScore might be good.
