twocats I also noticed that when you go to submit, the template is prefilled now!! Love it!!
May I request that the comment options also be prefilled? I had to go to the original post and paste from there, but it would be easier to have them all there and then just delete the extra ones

I changed "Comment Policy:" to "Feedback Type Desired:" in that template based on rsl12's suggestion. It feels a bit wordy and less elegant to me though it might be clearer.
Really what I wanted to do is have a form where the options could be chosen from a dropdown but it didn't make it for this MVP. The reason I didn't prefill in the options here at first is because I just know someone will just leave it as-is and that will need follow-up. 😃
I'll see if I can improve anything for the quarterly recital.
