Glad you got the clicking taken care of!
The only problem I've had on my upright's action is that one of the hammers was slightly rubbing against the adjacent one. My tuner had a full schedule so he suggested we do a video chat and he could talk me through how to fix it. I positioned a light so I could see into the action, loosened the appropriate screw, moved the hammer, and re-tightened. Pretty easy.
At the next tuning we were discussing that call and he mentioned how few people are getting into tuning, and it's still a great job even with there being fewer pianos now. I think he mostly does work with institutional pianos, which need to be tuned more than home pianos. He's also not a spring chicken (I haven't met a young piano tuner, except watching that one 18-19 y/o kid on YouTube).
I played on my cousin's broken piano around Christmas, they said their tuner died and the other tuner in town died as well (both in their 90s). They can't even get someone to return their call to fix the piano.
Sorry for the meandering post, your remark about your tuner's age got me thinking about this. 😅
