Player1 Normally my up votes are white, the down votes are red. All of the votes for that post are red.
I'm still not sure exactly what you are seeing but the color of the upvote arrows has never had anything to do with the number of downvotes.

If you're referring to the difference between the white upvote arrow near the top of the screenshot and the red one near the bottom, that's just because reddit formats votes for posts differently from comments.
If you use Old Reddit to view your post you will see on the right that currently it's at about 9 upvotes with 91% upvoted. That means about 9 upvotes and only 1 downvote (I say "about" because reddit faffs the statistic a bit). Did I use the word "faff" correctly in that sentence?
