Yikes, I'd have to close my eyes to play - I'd get dizzy!

I'd like to see the expression on a tuner's face if they were called to tune that piano without knowing ahead of time what it looked like!
Here's the keyboard on Drake's piano, a Bösendorfer 280VC Concert Grand with artwork by Takashi Murakami:
I forgot about the inside of the lid. Not my style, I would prefer some of Murakami's famous flowers.

would be a great piano for a "play me" public space instrument at an airport!
As far as the Drake piano, I wonder how to rename the Chopin Etude if playing on that. Change the name of Chopin's "Black Keys" etude to "Color Palette Etude" for sure!
twocats that pastel "black key" palette is so pretty!
I know! I want to play it!!!
Although I know it would be soooo distracting.
Once I painted my nails a very pretty purple color. I couldn't play at all, the flash of color moving around the keys totally threw me!! After about 5 minutes, I immediately got out the nail polish remover!
I like the upright much better aesthetically. I suspect the bosie sounds a bit better but I don't find the keys or inside of a lid attractive.
That piano looks utterly hideous - like somebody set a toddler free with their paints and that was the result. The combination of colours is not too bad - it's more the way they have been swirled around, it just looks like a mess to me.
Drake's piano is quite lovely though - I wonder how much that cost?

I googled around but didn't see a price, but the Piano Buyer lists the different 280VC options (which is what Drake's Bosie is) as ranging from SMP $270,000 to $500,000..... yikes!!!
