When you sign in and choose the option to remain signed in, how long is that supposed to last for? My experience is it often doesn't last even one day. Is that the way it's supposed to work?

As long as the cookie isn't deleted, you should stay logged in. What browser are you using? Are you auto deleting cookies by chance when you close the browser?

So that means also if you have set your browser to not accept any cookies there will not be one in there ever

    Killomiter I am using Firefox. I'm pretty sure I'm not deleting cookies when I close the browser but I'm not very adept with computers to put it mildly.

        Thanks for all that information bsharp. It turns out I did have the box check that said to unsave cookies when I'm not on Firefox or turn the computer off. So now that I've unchecked that box let's see if I can stay logged on permanently.
