I would start on the G above middle C and gliss down to around the low F. Where you finish depends on the speed of your gliss. It's only a dotted crotchet long so getting the timing right is probably more important than the exact finishing note.
However the piece is in Eb, and in some contexts (a blues) a gliss on the black notes might make more sense, as the blues scale in Eb is all the black notes + A.
As documented though I think that's indicating a white note gliss.
