Agree with what people have said above that hybrid pianos are about the touch, not the sound.
When I upgraded from my Yamaha P515 keyboard to the Yamaha N2 hybrid, I basically stopped playing on the P515 because the touch was strictly better on the N2, but the sound quality was basically the same (also the P515 was starting to run into the loud note sensor issue).
That being said, when I got my L168, while the sound is immeasurably better, I still play on my N2 because I can practice on it without worrying as much about my apartment neighbors, and it doesn't go out of tune 😅
