Private Message and Inbox

On every other forum I am a member of its pretty obvious how to send messages to another member and where your Inbox of messages is, and the flag that tells you if you have unread messages.

But all this seems a bit of a mystery on Pianotell. Appreciate it if someone who has this figured if these functions exist could give a quick 'how to'.

JohnCW I just clicked on your name. Then in your profile screen, I went over to the right and hit the Control item. One of the things that popped down was to send a private message.

EDIT: Ah, just hovering over your name brings up a small screen with three dots on the side that gives an option to send a PM. I'm going to test it now, let me know.

And rather than Inbox, it's just Private Discussions, which you can see at the top of the home page (where things are organized by Forums) or over on the side (if you're in the All Discussions view).

FYI, you might have to hit Refresh once you're in Private Discussions or All Discussions.

You can see Private Discussions clicking on the left top when on the home page, or when someone sends you a message you get a normal notification. I have it in my settings to send me an email. Hope that helps!
