Here’s me playing my arrangement of ā€œOn The Street Where You Liveā€, using a Yamaha P35, recorded with Sonar 6 and the Synthogy Ivory German D vst, running on an old P4 desktop with a stripped down version of Windows XP. The video file was rendered using Sony Vegas.

That's a beautiful rendition of a lovely song, thanks for uploading it. I was curious about the DP you have, and was surprised to find that it's very reasonably priced, because it sounds like a high quality instrument. I'm hopeful that the same will apply to the DP that I recently ordered, because I went for something in the lower price range but it seems that you don't need to spend big to get a nice sounding DP, which is great for those on a budget.

"Don't let's ask for the moon, we have the stars." (Final line from Now,Voyager, 1942)

What a nice arrangement! And beautifully played! I really enjoyed it.

ShiroKuro Thank you for your kind words. When I hit a down moment, I'll read this again.

iternabe Thanks very much, you have made my day!

      Lovely! Thanks for sharing!

Nightowl Hello Nightowl. I bought the Yamaha P35 nearly ten years ago, just to have something to play until I decided on a "better piano", but I haven't really felt the need to change it. Instead, I spent the money on VSTs, like the one used to record this tune, which is one of the German D presets in the first version of Synthogy Ivory.
Anyway, thanks for your uplifting comments. Hope you enjoy your new DP.
