Many common pieces students would play you find demo & performance videos online on YouTube posted by teachers & students. I watch videos of the pieces I’m working on to learn from their ways of playing including tempo, dynamics & phrasing. Even good sound recordings you can listen and compare your playing.

Without a teacher the best you can do is watch videos how other people play the same pieces.
