Change thread title?

Can an ordinary user change the title of a thread he or she started, or is that only for admins?

I momentarily considered renaming my Flaxen Hair recording thread to something more germane to my travails with youtube.

Separate from the above discussion about Jane's thread, @navindra would it be possible to give regular members the access to change titles of threads they started? Or is there some drawback to that?

ShiroKuro It should have been working already, so it's a bug that the option is not available. I will need to investigate when I have some time on what the problem is.

For anyone who wants to rename a thread, please reach out to @Mods for help for now until I have some time to address this.
