I'm a big fan of Denis Zhdanov's pedagogical and performance videos. I heard him perform when he was around 15 or 16 and he was truly amazing. Here's a good video with a clever title about improving sight reading. I think the most interesting aspect of his video is the emphasis he places on understanding harmony.
