I recorded a simplified transcription of this earlier, and then located this version from Henle, which I think is closer to the original score. I found this much more difficult to learn than the children's version, it looks deceptively easy.
I am still evaluating sprout video in place of Vimeo. So far the worst thing about them is the needy email about why don't I love you anymore because I hadn't visited their website for a few days.
But other than that it feels ok and the price isn't too bad. I have uploaded a couple of old recordings.
This is the first video recording since I have started piano again. I had the main light in the room on initially which is just behind my head, but that breaks the face gestures using MobileSheets on my iPad. It took me a while to work out why it wasn't working. I used midi-time-machine to do the initial recording before recording to an audio file by replaying midi-time-machine. So I need to rethink the lighting. My old mobile phone is used to record the video and you can notice it is struggling with holding focus which I think is due to the poor lighting level after turning the main room light. I need to find an answer to the lighting that doesn't break facial gestures.
I'm very much still getting used to using facial gestures and it still feels like facial gestures is rubbing my stomach while playing the piano is patting my head. But it is getting there.
This was very much a test run, of lighting, video and audio recording, MobileSheets and facial gestures.
