I think it sounds like you're playing it beyond the speed you can control it. The scales and other passages are not even both in terms of tempo and articulation. If you have trouble hearing that, try slowing down the video quite a bit and it becomes more obvious. I would practice it at most 90% of your present tempo or maybe much slower for now, and practice it at a tempo where you can control all the passages. The piece should not sound like you think it's a scale etude.
