I like MobileSheets a lot. Yes, it is a glorified PDF reader and image viewer. But it also has lots of helpful features.

Some of the features not so obvious (to me):

It has auto-scroll. It can scroll smoothly one chunk at a time. This feels less distracting than a page turn.

You can create a new piece from the snippets out of an existing one.

It has face gestures but that felt so awkward to me that I quickly gave up on it.

There is a setting like "Always open last seen page" which is useful when switching pieces with many pages.

Metronome settings are stored by piece. You can also move the visual metronome indicator.

Audio player can slow down tracks without changing the pitch. It also has A-B looping.

There is a companion app which can be run from a desktop/laptop to organise the library or take backups.

I also use "Adobe Scan" app to take photos of a piece and turn it into a pdf. Because it can "straighten" photos.

Has anyone found an option to go to the first page at the beginning of a setlist with one touch? The best I can do is go to the beginning to a piece and I have to tap several times to go to the very start. Thanks!

Any other nice tips or tricks for using MobileSheets?

navindra I don't use setlists. I had a look but couldn't see one touch option to go to the first page.

If you mean going to first page of a setlist from the library screen then I think "Setlists" -> Select the setlist -> "Load All" button does that (if you have "Library Settings" -> "Always Load Last Viewed Page" is disabled).

If you are in already in the setlist then Touch bottom right for "Quick Actions" -> "Setlists" -> Select first item goes the beginning.

None of them is one touch. It might be possible to bookmark the first page in the setlist. But I don't think the bookmark would be available with one touch.

I just realized something else. When you are viewing a setlist, you can click Show library window (in the bottom toolbar -> first button). That displays a modal dialog with the pieces in the setlist which can be used to navigate. That window also has a setting Collapse library window. So you can have that tiny button on the screen and use two touches to navigate inside the setlist. Still not one touch though 🙂.
