Hello,
I'm new here and would like to post a recording of myself. These are the first recordings I've ever posted in the internet. It's the first time I've worked with a sound engineer. After tearing a tendon in my left hand, I started practicing Etude Op. 10 No. 1 at the beginning of the year because I needed something challenging for my right hand, so I chose this extremely difficult etude. There are many things I would change now and I would emphasize the tone lines better and more consistently, but I have partially succeeded in giving the piece a certain musical shape.
I could have done better with the left hand, but hopefully someone here will like it anyway.
I took up the Etude op. 10 no. 12 again after my tendon tear had healed in order to train my hand again. So I also made a recording of it two months later. I don't like it as much (there is always a lack of space or time and dynamic shaping of important moments at certain points) as the op.10 nr.1, but there are also good moments in it, so I can show it.
This is the first time in many years that I show my pianoplaying in public (apart from concerts), so please be kind with your comments.
