As for other projects... I'm 72 years old. An essential tremor in my right hand causes unwanted repeating of notes, mis-hits, that renders the piano somewhat less fun; guitar not as bad because a long index fingernail serves as a pick, so don't have the pick to deal with. I have a few melodies that I might try and lay down for posterity using midi note authoring. But I feel it's time to consider my music making to have reached the end.
My wife and I both have health issues, hers much more serious, and even when there might be time for a "project", I'm usually too tired to bother.
