He is not bashing Estonia at all in my opinion. He is just calling out differences, but those differences are not statements regarding the relative merits of one versus the other.
He definitely highlighted several areas where he felt the Estonia shined and credited it to design changes versus the rest of the industry.
A lot of the listener comments on the video were in favor of the Estonia, so I don't think Stu portrayed it particularly negatively.
One other thing I found is that an L168 sounds different to an L190 which sounds different to an L210, even accounting for the different sizes of those pianos. My understanding is that the L210 is a bit of a newer scale design and those changes have been percolating throughout the line.
