@KikiMann - what you say about this "leading" is interesting. I took a Coursera course once and at the end there was an assignment to improvise a simple 12 bar blues riff strictly using the notes of Cm Pentatonic. We got to hear what others did and there was discussion in a forum where the real jazz students gave advice. To start mine kept sounding like a stereotypical soundtrack in a cheap movie trying to sound Chinese. I finally caught that there was something "off-set" in the timing done by the real jazzers and adopted whatever it was. I think it's what you described.
We were to grade each other's work, doing at least 5, where we were simply to grade it as "it is that thing / or isn't". One hapless fellow student had written a comment, "No matter what I do, this keeps ending up sounding like it wants to be Chinese music." - same thing I first had. It's the minor pentatonic that did that, of course.
KikiMann It's "there" in your second recording,
That's interesting, because I wasn't trying for it and didn't know about it. No idea how it got in there, but I'm kind of glad it did.
