I've had quite a piano day. My husband and I bought 3 tickets to Lang Lang's concert in Boston in February for my daughter's birthday, but turns out she can't make it into the city that day! So we bought 3 tickets to see him at Carnegie Hall the following weekend. THEN we added a ticket for my daughter's date, AND a ticket for my friend's husband for the accidental Boston performance, and so NOW it looks like I'm seeing Lang Lang two weekends in a row, in two parties of four, turning a mistake into an opportunity. Thankfully, the tickets are all affordable balcony seats!
But in Boston, someone has to sit separately because while I was waiting for my friend to reply, someone bought two intervening seats! FAINTS.
I'M NOT A SOCIAL CREATURE. THIS IS WEIRD.
